Ignite Generation was founded and is led by Ormild & Gloria Musonda. They work with the Directional Team to oversee the ministry and operations of Ignite Generation. Together with the team, they are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the Ministry.
The Overseers are nationally respected individuals who love Ignite Generation and are willing to provide spiritual, mental and emotional guidance and protection to the Directional Team. They are called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Directional Team.
